A remarkable journey from homelessness to millionaire status has been unveiled by a young man who now earns an astonishing $50,000 each week. At just 29, Anthony Malascalza spearheads his own enterprise, LCM INC, as the CEO. This consulting firm is dedicated to delivering eco-friendly energy solutions from renewable sources to its clientele.

Before he turned 30, this enterprising individual had amassed sufficient wealth to indulge in seven high-end cars and numerous opulent properties. However, his path to success was not without its struggles. Originating from modest circumstances in Delaware, there was a time when Malascalza had to resort to crashing on friends’ couches to ensure he had a place to stay.

In a candid conversation with Jam Prime, Anthony reflected on his past financial hardships. “I didn’t grow up with money,” he shared. His father, a symbol of hard work, instilled in him the value of diligence. “He saved every dollar he ever had, but we still had to use coupons, and while our family wasn’t poor, we were not in a healthy financial position,” Anthony recalled.

His parents, Robert Anthony and Janette Malascalza, now in their sixties, always hoped he would secure a steady profession. To satisfy them, Anthony initially pursued plumbing at a trade school and later joined a nursing program at Delaware Tech. During his academic pursuits, financial constraints were so severe that he couldn’t afford a place of his own, leading him to depend on the generosity of friends for a place to sleep.

Anthony Malascalza shed light on his early career aspirations, influenced by his parents’ wishes. “My parents wanted me to get a career and nurses made good money – it was just a secure job,” he explained. However, juggling his studies with the need to earn was challenging, especially with the commute and the cost of books. His solution? “I started looking online on job sites like Indeed,” he said. Despite attending a staggering 100 interviews, his youth and lack of experience meant he received no job offers.

A turning point came when Consumers Energy took a chance on him, offering him a role as a recruiter. The extent of his hardships became known to his boss, who generously allowed Anthony to live with him. Working up to 80 hours a week, Anthony found the financial rewards far more motivating than his academic pursuits, leading him to leave nursing school.

Driven by this newfound motivation, he launched his own door-to-door sales venture in 2017, named ‘About Millions LLC’, investing his savings into the business. This venture laid the groundwork for his current consulting company, now recognized as one of the fastest-growing in the nation.

But for Anthony, the real pride comes not just from achieving financial stability but in aiding those struggling with energy costs. Reflecting on his incredible transformation, he said, “Around four years ago, I could really see the difference in my lifestyle. I went from being homeless to owning 30 properties.”

Anthony Malascalza’s success has allowed him to indulge in an array of luxurious items. “I’ve got lots of toys for sure; including McLaren cars, monster trucks, and three or four jet skis,” he remarked. One particularly memorable moment for him was receiving the keys to his dream car, a Lamborghini Hurrican, which moved him to tears.

However, beyond these material achievements, Anthony’s focus remains on expanding his marketing firm and broadening its customer base. “The biggest thing for me now is to keep growing the marketing firm and expand that customer base,” he stated, expressing his aspiration to transition from being rich to truly wealthy. Importantly, he takes pride in the impact his business has, helping thousands of people every week, especially in providing greener and more affordable energy options.

He shared, “When I earned enough money, I moved into a house on the East Coast; it’s an area where many customers don’t get a choice of how their energy is provided. A utility company often takes advantage of them and gives them no choice for green energy – which can be much more stable and cheaper.”

However, Anthony acknowledges that the life of a millionaire is not without its challenges. The demands of his business mean he often sacrifices sleep, staying up until 2 am and resuming his day at 6 am. Alongside his professional endeavors, he’s also working on mending his strained family relationships and has even employed one of his brother’s children, showing a commitment to both his business and personal life.

Delving into his personal relationships, Anthony Malascalza reflects on his bond with his father. “My dad and I are somewhat close, and we see each other a couple of times a month,” he shared. His father, who retired before 65 and is self-sufficient, doesn’t rely on Anthony financially. However, Anthony has generously supported his family in various ways, including taking his father on trips, covering some of his mother’s medical expenses, and providing financial assistance to his brothers. “I even employ my nephew, Jeremy,” he added, highlighting his commitment to his family’s well-being.

Anthony is not just focused on his own success but is also dedicated to nurturing the younger generation within his company. He recognizes the significance of the opportunity he was given at a young age and seeks to extend similar chances to others. “My biggest target range now is the younger generation, to give them that opportunity because I know where I came from,” he stated, emphasizing his commitment to guiding and supporting young talent.

He candidly compared his earnings to those in the nursing profession, noting, “I’m now making more in one week than nurses make in a year.” For Anthony, building his business has been akin to creating a family environment, something he cherishes deeply. He reflects on his journey, “I didn’t feel secure growing up – and now I am. Sometimes life will come at you and you may not know what you want, but as long as you stay focused and disciplined, this will take you far.” This mindset underscores his approach to both business and life, emphasizing the importance of focus and discipline in achieving success.
